Set Volume Control
The volume control of the sound player in your computer should remain at the maximum level during a test.
If you do not know how to set it up, please follow steps below:

| double click the speaker icon at right of the Taskbar,
|
| 2.
| move volume control and wave switches to top,
|
| 3.
| make sure the Mute box is NOT checked, and
|
| 4.
| close the Volume Control window.
|
Also, you need to mute the sound signal for window exclamation.

| 1.
| click the “Start” button in the Taskbar,
|
| 2.
| select “Setting” and then “Control Panel”,
|
| 3.
| double click at Sound icon in Control Panel window,
|
| 4.
| click “Exclamation” in Sound Events window,
|
| 5.
| choose “(None)” in Name pull down list,
|
| 6.
| click “OK” button.
